**Information regarding Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003**

Maglificio Lady B. di Biagioni Claudia & C. s.n.c., in its position as data controller of your personal data and in compliance with and by effect of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”), henceforth referred to as the “Privacy Code”, hereby wishes to inform that the above-mentioned legislation provides for the protection of people and other subjects with regard to personal data processing and that such processing will be based on the principle of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned law and the obligations of confidentiality provided therein.
Purposes for processing: your data will be treated exclusively for consultancy purposes, to send the information requested and if necessary, to send press information or information on products, to carry out market research and statistical studies and for promotional activities.
Your personal data can be treated using electronic processing means or paper files, but in any case, all processing will be carried out in compliance with the methods mentioned in Art. 11, 31 and subsequent of the Privacy Code and by adopting the minimum security measures provided for by the technical guidelines (attachment B).
Your data will be stored at our offices and will be communicated only to competent subjects in order to carry out the services requested, guaranteeing protection of the data subject’s rights. Your data will only be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the data controller and will not be communicated to third parties or diffused in any way.
Sending your personal data is optional, but necessary in order to follow up the requests made. Therefore, in the event of refusal to allow us to process your data, it will not be possible to provide replies to the requests made.

You have the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation, communication, updating, rectification and integration of any personal data that concerns you and in general, you can exercise all the rights provided for by Art. 7 of the Privacy Code, a copy of which is provided below.

Legislative Decree no. 196/2003: Art. 7 - Right to access to personal data and other rights

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, regardless of it being already recorded and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of data processing; c) the logic applied to any processing carried out using electronic means; d) the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processors and the appointed representative, as per Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as appointed representative in the state territory, data processor or persons appointed.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain a) the updating, rectification or where interested in doing so, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of any data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right, in total or in part, to oppose: a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
